Top-model Ramirez cutaway.  This instrument is versatile for playability in virtually any genre of guitar-playing. The clarity of the guitar demonstrates the most sophisticated timbres while maintaining an excellent, clear volume. Like its siblings in the NE line, this guitar is both lightweight and tone-rich; and like its other relatives in the Ramirez workshop, this guitar meets the beauty of sound and aesthetic characteristics of the brand.

The Jose Ramirez 4NCWE Spruce classical guitar with Fishman pickup built in is the perfect companion for a jazz, blues or pop musician. It comes with a solid Spruce top that's perfect for any contemporary style of music. Its sound is bright, consistent and provoking. Very big for comping and amazingly distinctive for soloing. If you're a singer and need a reliable friend to compliment your melodies, look no further. The solid woods enhance the expression of the harmony and provide a good, full sound that lifts the spirit up. If you're a jazz cat and need to solo and compose in the spot, this 4NCWE will enable you to play freely as the fingerboard is incredibly comfortable (50mm at nut) and the action can get set to as low as 2.5mm.

Why some call this a student model is hard to tell! The instrument has a very good response, delicate string separation and a modern sophisticated tone. We love this guitar. Its sister, the 4NCWE Cedar is equally beautiful. They only differ in the brightness of the first strings – we would say. Specially the first two.

Amalia Ramirez and her team are constantly evolving and recreating the Jose Ramirez Brand. 130 years and more, sculpting wonderful guitars, teaching others how to sustain a tradition, spreading the word on the love for the craft and pursuing the dream of sharing with the world these amazing guitars.
